We pride ourselves in ensuring complete satisfaction through our professionalism, efficiency and willingness to do a world class job. If you are unsatisfied with you services and it is something that we can correct such as a nail chip we will fix it, .
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
The fee of $25 is non refundable and non-negotiable, no exceptions. If you cancel your appointment on the same day of service you will be charged full price . If your card declines or you refuse to pay, you will no longer be able to make appointments in the future until balance is paid.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged full price. Refund Policy: There are no refunds for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your services and it is something we can correct, we will fix it.
